Full Job Description

A talented and efficient Driver/Valetor is required to join our leading team working for our reputable vehicle repair body shop. You will be responsible for cleaning vehicles, ensuring high quality standards and collecting/delivering customers vehicles., To clean cars ready for customer collection to a standard that reinforces the customers feeling that he/she has received first class service.
Wash, vacuum clean and polish all cars using the approved materials and equipment in order to present the vehicles to the customer in accordance with Company Standards
Where necessary, clean upholstery and carpets and when requested to do so steam clean engines and engine compartments.
To carry out collection and delivery of customers vehicles, dealing with customers in a professional manner, ensuring high standards of customer service.
Follow the company customer handling processes and ascertain the customer's requirements.
Maintain a high level of customer care/satisfaction.
Be aware of and adhere to any health and safety polices and procedures that apply to the work area and particularly in connection with the chemicals, fluids and cleaning agents used in the cleaning process.
Co-operate with colleagues and team leaders to ensure that common objectives and group targets are achieved.

Must hold a valid clean driving licence.

Experience:
Have previous experience working as a Driver/Valetor within a busy environment and be a strong team player with self-motivation., Thorough understanding through experience or training on the driving/valeting role and customer requirements. Specific training and coaching will be given on site for the successful applicant who has a positive attitude and wants to be part of an amazing team.
Ability to manage and administer your time to achieve Company set parameters and efficiencies.

Must hold a current driving licence.
Full time 40 hours/week
Salary dependent on experience
