Dugdale Duty Supervisor

As Duty Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth and safe operation of the Dugdale Arts Centre during your shifts. You will lead a team of front-of-house staff, ensuring that all visitors, artists, and performers receive excellent service, and that the centre operates efficiently. You will act as the main point of contact for the public, handle any issues that arise during performances or events, and ensure that health and safety procedures are followed at all times., Supervise day-to-day operations of the Dugdale Arts Centre, including theatre performances, exhibitions, and community events.
- Lead and motivate the front-of-house team, ensuring high standards of customer service are maintained.
- Oversee the setup and breakdown of events, ensuring that spaces are prepared and equipped to meet the needs of artists and audiences.
- Act as the main point of contact for visitors, handling any inquiries, feedback, or complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Ensure health and safety policies and procedures are adhered to, including fire safety and evacuation protocols.
- Assist with the smooth running of the box office, ticket sales, and audience seating.
- Support the Duty Manager with administrative tasks as required and assist in the coordination of volunteer staff.
