Duty Manager

The Hotel Duty Manager will lead by example in delivering excellence in guest service. The Duty Manager will work as part of the front office team and be a leader to the receptionists.

Our guests will be your priority, you will be approachable, an excellent communicator, and strong organisation skills. You will have fun with our guests and enjoy leading our front office team.

Successful candidates will have hotel reception experience and proficient in Opera.

The Gainsborough Bath Spa was originally built in the 1800s, the hotel occupies two Grade II Listed buildings with distinguished Georgian and Victorian façades in the heart of the World Heritage Site. We pride ourselves on our unique culture where our guests enjoy a relaxed five-star experience.
