• Support, coach and mentor your team Support the management team and work together to create and deliver your vision Ensure standards and compliance are continuous in the manager's absence Create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, We take pride in providing a warm and welcoming environment where you can enjoy live sport, a proper pint, or delicious pub food and simply sit back and relax. People are at the heart of what we do, from our top-notch teams to our guests at every table. We're your pub, and we're after the people who feel just as connected to who we are and what we do. If you're a people person who's passionate about straightforward, no-nonsense food and drink, we've got the role for you. The Castle is close to Blackpool Tower and is a short walk from the Promenade. The Castle has convenient tram and bus links and has a huge amount of seasonal trade. We are the home away from home for Stags, Hens and visiting football supporters. We host great DJ's on Friday afternoons and nights and numerous big screens and TV's show all the live sport. The Castle is an extremely lively all-day weekend party venue.
