  • Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring seamless coordination across all departments.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for guests, resolving any queries or concerns with efficiency and grace.
  • Lead and support the team during shifts, ensuring exceptional service standards are maintained at all times.
  • Handle any emergencies or incidents with professionalism and discretion, upholding the Bulgari brand reputation.
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with health, safety, and operational policies.
  • Represent senior management in their absence, making sound decisions to support both the team and guests.
