Duty Solicitor Criminal

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Criminal Duty Solicitor to join our growing team based in North London.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and representation to clients across a broad spectrum of criminal defence work.

Candidate must be duty qualified and willing to cover Police Stations and Courts at weekend and evenings.

• Duties:


- Police Station representation and advocacy at Court

- Conduct legal research and analysis

- Draft legal documents, including contracts and agreements

- Represent clients in criminal court proceedings

- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients

- Provide legal advice to clients on various matters

- Attend client meetings and court hearings

Qualified Solicitor with a valid practising certificate

- Strong negotiation skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
