Implement and configure Dynamics 365 applications (e.g., Sales, Customer Service, Field Service) tailored to client requirements.
Design and develop solutions on Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
Engage with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into functional solutions.
Conduct workshops and provide end-user training.
Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and customisation.
Offer ongoing support and maintenance for deployed solutions.

Expertise in customisation and configuration of Dynamics 365 applications.
Strong knowledge of Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
Ability to gather and document requirements, conduct workshops, and provide client support.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform are a plus.
