Dynamics Functional Consultant

As a Dynamics Functional Consultant, you will be a functional consultant in our Digital Dynamics Team and will be working closely with projects, business teams, analysts, and user experience specialists. You will deliver and maintain solutions that meet business needs with efficient and effective processes and ways of working. You will be a key part of the digital transformation of HSE.,

• Configure the CRM system to meet the business and end user needs. Specifically utilising Customer Service and Field Service modules in Dynamics 365 and utilising Power Platform


• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, architects to implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions ensuring it operates seamlessly and efficiently with other back-office solutions.


• Use of Azure DevOps to record development and configuration activities.


• Monitor and assess data capacity within a solution to ensure space utilisation continues to reflect business needs efficiently.


• Configure CRM workflows to support business processes, extract data, produce tailored reports and respond to information requests.


• Utilise CRM export and import processes to support team requirements.


• Manage change and deployment cycles for new and existing implementations across the CRM platform.


• Manage the efficient planning and delivery of new updates, modifications, and the adoption of best practice policies, including conducting research to identify opportunities to leverage new functionality within the system that is released by Microsoft.


• Manage and coach a team of CRM/ Dynamics Support Analysts.
