Full Job Description

We are urgently hiring an experienced Dynamics Functional Consultant to lead a migration to Dynamics CRM for a large UK Government Department and to orchestrate the strategic design and maintenance of business solutions using Dynamics 365 CRM, Customer Engagement and F&O. Need to have a proven track record of successful end-to-end implementations, including DevOps practices. Pre-sales, solution architecture, holistic view of Dynamic CE and ERP / F&O, leading conversations with customers on strategy. Key Role Responsibilities

  • Conducting discovery workshops to understand customer needs (for GCM 5)
  • Crafting tailored proposals that address client objectives
  • Managing end-to-end implementation of D365 projects
  • Implementing solutions using DevOps practices for efficiency and agility
  • Working with mixed implementation teams
  • Translating business processes into Solution requirements
  • Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to define project scope and vision
  • Advising on best practices and continuous improvement strategies

    Hand on experience on Microsoft Dynamics and previous product versions.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Deep functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Solutions & integrations for D365 Modules.
  • Strong consulting acumen and understanding of ERP from a functional and implementation perspective.
  • Conceptual knowledge of Dynamics 365 Applications.
  • Understanding of other Microsoft Technologies: Power Platform, Azure etc.
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment and to work with a team.
  • DevOps Experience and Pipeline Deployment.

  • Experience working with third-party vendors.
