Full Job Description

The London accounts team currently comprises of 40 employees and is headed up by Simon Griffith, the Director of Accounts, who reports into Hamedeh Ghobadian, Chief Financial Officer. The team is made up of several discrete sections: management accounts; purchase ledger; partners' personal accounting; pricing and commercial; credit control; cashiering and billing., As an eBilling Assistant, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of all eBilling transactions through the eBillingHub system. Ensuring all relevant data is inputted and maintained in the correct platforms to allow accurate uploading of invoices and resolving issues when invoices are rejected.

  • Upload eBills into our eBilling portals.

  • All related administrative duties as instructed by direct line lead in order to successfully submit our bills.

  • Obtain appropriate authorisations prior to invoice submittion.

  • Data entry onto the finance system.

  • Provide general support and advice within the eBilling department.

  • Provide invoice status info.

  • Appropriate electronic filing of all documentation.

  • Deal with miscellaneous duties to assist in the smooth running of the department.

  • Deal with ad hoc queries.

  • Attention to details.

  • Proactive self-starter with good numeric, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Comfortable with technology and using different web-based portals.

  • Ability to work independently and harmoniously within a team environment.

  • Strong organizational skills, able to juggle multiple deadlines and prioritize work.

  • Knowledge of E-Billing systems (e.g., TyMetrix, Passport, Collaborati, Counsel Link) is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.

  • Basic VAT knowledge.

  • A team player with a flexible and willing attitude.
