Full Job Description

  • Manage and review a process of SEO for our websites and e-commerce platforms.

  • Ensure KPIs are being achieved.

  • Measure and increase traffic; key word analysis, proposal, and implementation of campaigns on our websites/e-commerce platforms and social media channels.

  • Track performance (ROI) and monitor effectiveness of marketing campaign.

  • Support with the management of our online development strategy to drive sales growth.

  • Initiate content improvement including photography, description editing, optimisation and catalogue search.

  • Manage our e-commerce platforms (product listing/initiate communication via the portal).

  • Copy write posts and blogs for our social media channels.

  • Manage content calendar and schedule post accordingly.

  • Respond to any social media enquiries.

    We now have an opportunity for an E-Commerce Executive. Join the Brand team and focus on a portfolio of brands to ensure their websites, e-commerce platforms and social media accounts are performing and up to date. A strong creative instinct with some copy writing skills for creation of content is required, along with some e-commerce/website management skills. As there is some analytical aspect to this role, you will be required to analyse and review data from campaigns (ROI) and ensure KPIs are being achieved., Educated to A level or equivalent, or through proven experience of creating communications, such as blogs, articles, social media posts.

  • Previous experience in website, e-commerce, and social media management and on how to use e-commerce platforms such as Amazon/Ebay.

  • Keen interest in the world of "online".

  • Experience of planning and activating marketing campaigns.

  • Ability to monitor campaigns reporting on ROI.

  • Excellent IT skills, particularly proficiency in Microsoft Excel

  • Analytic and numerate - experience in gap analysis to make recommendations

  • Excellent SEO knowledge

  • Excellent content writing and graphics skills

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively; self-motivated and driven

  • Positive attitude and 'can-do' mindset

  • Problem solving and attention to detail

  • Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure; prioritising workload and managing multiple tasks
