Full Job Description

Pippa Small is seeking a full-time (paid) intern to join the E-commerce team for maternity cover. Pippa Small is a boutique luxury and ethical jewellery brand based in Notting Hill. Pippa works with charities and directly within diverse communities to set a new standard for ethical jewellery practices. The brand enables the creation of sustainable jobs and supports cleaner, fairer mining practices, always putting people first. Key Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: E-Commerce

  • Uploading new products to the website
  • Measuring products and adding other relevant information to the website
  • Editing the SEO section of web products
  • Manage daily web orders, including shipping
  • Management of available stock quantities on the website
  • Photography
  • Coordinating photoshoots with photographers
  • Preparing shoot lists
  • Management and organisation of digital assets
  • Customer Service
  • Help with client care and communication
  • Marketing Mailer Campaigns
  • Create marketing mailers using Mailchimp
  • Help coordinate global mailers with our LA based team, Your file must be a .doc, .pdf, .docx, or .rtf. No larger than 10MB

  • Shopify and Mailchimp experiences are preferred but not essential
  • Undergraduate degree required
  • Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint is required
  • Previous experience in e-commerce or customer service is preferred

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organised and a keen eye for detail
  • Enthusiastic with a passion for jewellery
