Full Job Description

  • Ownership and management of the front and back end of the website (Shopify)

  • Day-to-day running of the website

  • Copywriting across the entire website

  • Write accurate, informative and on-brand product descriptions and ensure all products have accurate measurements

  • Ensure all products are formatted in the correct way for our warehouse management system (WMS)

  • Prepare website for sales and launches

  • Ensure products and assets go live in a timely and accurate manner

  • Visually merchandise the site

  • Ensure all information the website is current and up to date

  • Design blog posts for our journal

  • Monitor sales and returns

  • Prepare Shopify POS for pop-ups and other sales events

  • Arrange for cutout images to be shot and ensure the quality of the cutouts is maintained

  • Manage our Third Party Logistics (3PL) provider

  • Stock Management for pop-ups and sales events

  • Inventory management and stock checks

  • Implement any new website plug-ins etc.

  • SEO

  • Ensure the website is updated in line with the marketing calendar, I have at least 3 years' experience in a similar role.

    • I'm proficient with Shopify.
