As E-commerce Operations Coordinator, you'll be the driving force behind e-commerce initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional results. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Project Planning: Develop and oversee project plans, managing timelines, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Content Management: Maintain and update website content, ensuring it aligns with brand and marketing strategies.
- Quality Assurance: Test website updates thoroughly to guarantee functionality and accuracy.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the main point of contact, providing updates and addressing concerns.
- Documentation: Keep detailed records of projects and present performance reports to senior management.
- Compliance: Ensure all content meets legal, regulatory, and accessibility standards.
- Strategic Support: Assist the Managing Director in developing and delivering annual and strategic plans.
Website Management: Experience with CMS, customer journey mapping, and e-commerce best practices. - Project Management: Strong ability to handle timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Digital Marketing: Knowledge of SEO, email campaigns, and social media strategies.
- Content Management: Expertise in ensuring consistent, on-brand content updates.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency with tools like GA4 or Contentsquare for optimization.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with UX/UI design and cybersecurity.
- Adaptability: Ability to embrace industry trends and evolving technologies.
