Full Job Description

We're looking for an E, Learning Admin Assistant to join our team in London as part of our function. Your Role: You will manage and maintain our portfolio of e-learning courses. This entry-level role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with content teams, course leaders, and customer success teams to deliver high-quality learning experiences. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines while ensuring that course content is structured effectively and optimised for our Learning Management System (LMS).,

  • Upload, format, and manage course content in the LMS, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards.
  • Regularly audit course content for quality, consistency, and functionality
  • Work closely with the product manager, content development teams and course leaders to ensure materials meet technical requirements for the LMS.
  • Partner with the customer success team to address user feedback and implement updates or changes, consulting and working alongside the product manager.
  • Work with the product manager to provide recommendations on course structure and content improvements to optimise learner experience based on LMS capabilities.
  • Ensure accessibility and usability across all course material.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to tight timelines and prioritising tasks effectively
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential delays or challenges in the content delivery process.
  • Collaborate with the Product Manager and wider teams to support new course launches and updates.
  • Contribute insights to improve workflows and content strategies based on LMS usage trends.
  • General support with team admin and processes including raising POs for suppliers

    Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or similar digital platforms.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain content quality under deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools.
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
  • Knowledge of LMS platforms or exposure to e-learning courses.
