Full Job Description

We are looking for 1 WTE e-Rostering Specialist with excellent experience of supporting an e-Rostering software system, to work as members of the e-Rostering Team., The post holder will be required to provide support of the e-Rostering system throughout the Trust. The post holder should be available to start as soon as possible and will be expected to interact with all levels of staff.

You will be able to work on your own initiative in a fast paced and stressful environment and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You must also be a strong team player.

Candidates applying should have been involved in developing and delivering training courses and will be required to manage the quality of delivery and knowledge transfer workshops ensuring the quality is monitored and improved where necessary. You will also be able to deliver the training sessions to groups of staff and on a one-to-one basis.

You must have an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and be able to use them to produce and deliver training and management information.

Some experience of configuring a database system, setting up records and minor maintenance tasks is essential.

You will need to have experience of dealing with difficult situations both face to face and over the telephone with positive outcomes.

An understanding and working knowledge of HealthRoster (e-Rostering System) is essential.

Prince 2 Practitioners qualification or equivalent experience is desirable as this is an excellent way of understanding working projects regulations within an NHS environment.

You will be expected to work in all sections of the e-Rostering Team and be prepared to travel across sites as necessary.

All candidates must be proficient to perform the duties of the post with any aids and adaptations necessary.
