Full Job Description

We are looking for a passionate, dedicated, and innovative EAL (English as an Additional Language) Coordinator to join our vibrant and hardworking Pupil Premium team. In this crucial role, you will help ensure that all our EAL students receive the support and inclusion they need to succeed academically and thrive socially. As our EAL Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in promoting the inclusion of EAL students throughout the school. You will be responsible for providing tailored support for teaching and personalised learning, ensuring that each student has the opportunity to reach their full potential. By building strong relationships with students, parents, and carers, you will create a supportive environment that fosters progress, confidence, and success. What the school offers its staff

  • Centralised resources and planning - To help with the workload and wellbeing of staff.
