EAL Coordinator

We are looking for a passionate, dedicated, and innovative EAL (English as an Additional Language) Coordinator to join our vibrant and hardworking Pupil Premium team. In this crucial role, you will help ensure that all our EAL students receive the support and inclusion they need to succeed academically and thrive socially. As our EAL Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in promoting the inclusion of EAL students throughout the school. You will be responsible for providing tailored support for teaching and personalised learning, ensuring that each student has the opportunity to reach their full potential. By building strong relationships with students, parents, and carers, you will create a supportive environment that fosters progress, confidence, and success. What the school offers its staff

• Employee Assist Programme-The College purchases an Employee Assistance Programme(EAP), run by an organisation specialising in providing support to the education sector, which provides staff with: access to a 24-hour confidential helpline, counselling for you and your family,financial and legal advice, support for managers.
• Flu Jab Contribution- We contribute towards the cost for all staff not eligible to receive the Flu Jab.
