Full Job Description

Early Careers Advisor - 6 Month FTC As a key member of the UK Early Careers L&D team, you will support the Early Careers experience of our work experience, interns, apprentices and graduates from onboarding, program management and development & support ad-hoc Early Careers initiatives as and when required. What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Managing relationships with training provider and hosting monthly meetings.
  • Coordinate APC Success training, distributing learner's books.
  • Work with external vendors to manage invoice payments.
  • Work with learners to enrol them with RICS.
  • Coordinating communications with trainees, managers and the business to update on key. program updates and answer queries and questions.
  • Workday updates, i.e. ad hoc requests, bulk uploads for rotation.
  • Support with induction planning, i.e. booking rooms, liaising with IT, ordering SWAG, confirming speakers.
  • Support the rotational process for trainees to ensure they meet their required competencies.
  • Organise networking events, workshops, and other activities to enhance the early career experience.
  • Designing quarterly manager comms
  • Monitor program effectiveness through data analysis and participant feedback.

    Degree level education, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience using an LMS (Workday preferable)., Demonstrable experience in talent management, program management, or a similar role, with a focus on early career development.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse groups and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Adaptable and flexible attitude in the face of change.
  • Advanced level of all Microsoft applications.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
