  • Build a robust and diverse future talent pipeline (from school age) to meet business needs, including our Race, Ethnicity and Cultural Heritage ambition, and to deliver compelling development experiences
  • Work with internal teams, supplier(s) and external organisations/networks to develop an engaging attraction strategy, build our brand presence and manage the attraction events calendar to deliver against Key Performance Indicators
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from application through to offer, leading the delivery of onboarding requirements, and the successful offboarding of all candidates
  • Lead direct engagement with key stakeholders on a monthly basis, to provide programme data and progress against Key Performance Indicators, as well as driving continual feedback
  • Develop an approach to track, mobilise and retain our alumni in partnership with the Talent team
  • Analyse future talent data and draw insights to influence business leaders and drive developments to the programmes 
  • Work with Vodafone Group to align programmes and best practice.
  • Who you are We're looking for someone with a proven track record in delivering Apprenticeship Programmes within an inhouse environment -   
  • Experience of the roll out and management of Apprenticeship Programmes (both internal & external) and experience with managing the UK Apprenticeship Levy
  • Knowledge of the Early Careers talent market and experience of how best to engage candidates and select, develop & retain diverse talent
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple deliverables and stakeholders at the same time
  • Experience in collaborative relationship building internally & externally and proven stakeholder management to work as part of a cross-functional team
  • Confident and credible communicator to present information both internally & externally
  • Effective coaching skills to support and positively influence decisions
  • Rigorous in process controls & documentation and data management
  • Analytical mindset and familiar with interpreting & using data insights for decision-making.
