Full Job Description
The Early careers Learning and Development will be working closely with the Learning & Development team and reports into the UK Learning and Development Lead and the wider HR team to manage and develop the graduate & apprentice development programmes. Ensuring professional body alignment and alignment to the company's behavioural and technical competency frameworks., Typical duties will include:
- Developing the early careers development programme strategy for Graduates, Apprentices and Year placements.
- Establishing, maintaining and reporting upon agreed KPI's - some of which are based around ensuring completion of programme within timescales provided/ensuring individuals are on track with technical competencies by providing 6 weekly dashboards.
- Management of the Early careers development team
- Review of both Graduate & Apprentice programme to ensure it continues to be fit for purpose.
- To coordinate the Graduate and Apprentice Development programmes, including the technical competency framework and qualification pathways.
- Working closely with the sector Leads to ensure the Graduate & Apprentice programme delivers against our service model and develop early careers talent into becoming a consultant.
- Working closely with and creating programme guidance for the business/Line Managers to ensure the full development programme process is followed, ensuring consistency across the UK
- Development, design and delivery of all training and guidance to Line managers to help support the individuals on programme
- Responsible for end of programme reviews, evaluation of both graduate and apprentice programme / running regular focus groups/collating feedback for all Graduates, Apprentices and Year placements.
- Organise and create Early careers induction for new joiners each year (approx. 300) with the support of subject matter experts from the business.
