Full Job Description

The Early Careers Learning Programme Manager is an integral part of our Europe Talent Engagement organisation, supporting Early Careers programmes across Europe Markets and Global Functions. Early Careers forms a fundamental pillar within our Inclusion & Diversity framework, enabling us to achieve Diageo's Talent Ambition.

The core result of the Early Careers Programme Manager is to implement a transformative Early Career Programme that is structured and robust, enabling Diageo to build the critical skills for the future, through accelerated development of diverse talent whilst creating fulfilling employee experiences.

Success in the role will be measured by graduates receiving a world class development programme, which sees them evolving as future leaders with an accelerated development path.

You will partner closely with key collaborators in each market, being accountable for the strategy and execution of the early careers programme. This includes ensuring consistency across preboarding, onboarding, Learning & Development, mentorship and Buddy programmes, rotational planning, and the assessment of graduate talent.

You will also support graduates transitioning off the graduate programme, providing pastoral care throughout their journey, while assisting HR Business Partners and Line Managers in managing graduates with performance concerns by offering guidance and strategies for improvement.

Additionally, you will partner with the market to design and implement effective apprenticeship programmes, fostering a strong pipeline of skilled talent.

The Early Careers Learning Programme Manager will have a passion for early careers and have experience in driving a structured talent development programme in close collaboration with multiple partners across complex regions and functions.

You will bring thought leadership to how we can create an outstanding Early Career Programme and use external insights to create a culture of excellence.
