Full Job Description

You will be joining the school at a time of innovation, development and rapid improvement, building on our strong foundation of care, commitment and challenge; in-house training opportunities provide quality CPD aimed at ensuring the very best practice for teaching and learning in-line with our Holy Trinity Standard and school development plans. Experience of working with children, young people and their families

Experience of undertaking and leading family assessments and coordinating services to meet identified need

Experience of working within an education setting

Experience of creating and or coordinating multiple agency responses eg early help assessment

Demonstrate knowledge of relevant national legislation

Knowledge and understanding of safeguarding procedures and how/when to implement

Excellent communication and time-management and administrative skills

A willingness to support the Christian ethos of the school

Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with students, families and external agencies
