Over The Rainbow Day Care presents a fantastic opportunity for a Baby Room Leader/Experienced Early Years Educator to join our nursery in Manchester., The role will include:
Ensuring that all children attending the setting are happy, healthy and safe.
To work as a room leader and to implement our nursery curriculum.
Observing, supporting and extending children's learning.
To help lead and work as part of a team in order to provide an enabling environment.
To provide high standards of quality within the nursery.
Maintaining accurate and effective children's records.
Experience of working in partnership with parents/carers and family members.
Demonstrating good practice with regard to special needs and inclusion.
Ensuring that all legislation in relation to special needs, safeguarding and Health and Safety is complied with.

We are looking for a caring, motivated and passionate person who can offer high quality childcare and enthusiastically encourages creativity and growth, enabling children to flourish in a stimulating environment.

We are seeking a Level 3 or above - Early Years Educator to deliver outstanding childcare, as well as providing a hands-on, fun, creative and an innovative environment for the children within our care.

About you - The ideal applicant must:
Be at Level 3 qualified
Be warm, caring & passionate about working in early years
Be enthusiastic and positive (always see the glass half full)
Bring high energy to every task taken on, and a solution driven approach to problems
Have extensive knowledge and understanding of safeguarding
Have experience of working with children, families and outside agencies
Have a detailed understanding of the requirements set by Ofsted
Be an excellent team player who is also able to act on own initiative
