Early Years Additional Support Practitioner

We have qualified positions at our setting supporting children from babies to up to 8 years old.

Every day is different! Our staff work together across our setting and large outdoor areas, in all seasons, encouraging play and development through curiosity and exploration. We embrace nature and a child led approach.

We are looking for passionate and motivated individuals to join our team. These people will ideally have experience of working in an Early years setting, will have a good understanding of children and preferably experience in working with children with additional needs.
We require staff to have a nurturing, patient, kind and caring nature; to be passionate about Early years care and education.

Full training is part of induction and a pathway to higher qualification is available.
