What you'll be doing Studying towards a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Apprenticeship, you'll be part of a team looking after babies and children up to the age of 5, providing a nurturing environment where children and learn through play. Responsibilities will include:
  • Communicating with parents daily on their child's activities and logging their progress
  • Engaging in interactive play, reading, and other activities aligned to the learning curriculum.
  • Promoting and ensuring child welfare and protection whilst always following health and safety policies and procedures
  • Managing your own time to complete required coursework and meet deadlines.

    · A strong desire to strive towards completing your Apprenticeship
  • English qualification GCSE Grade C / Level 4 or above OR Functional Skills Level 2.
  • Passion for making learning fun and engaging.
  • Good relationship building skills eg empathy, active listening, trustworthy.
  • Excellent communication skills - written and spoken.
