Early Years Assistant Support

As a Supply Early Years Assistant, we provide flexible hours that suit around you, but we also offer career progression, and any training opportunities paid for by us at Thrive!

As a Nursery Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:

Assist with learning opportunities and exceptional care that helps young children to develop.
To have an engaging and energetic personality.
Covering holidays and help provide staff cover whilst gaining on the job experience!
Provide effective care and learning that enables children to progress and prepare them for school.
Safeguard and promote the health, safety and welfare of children.
Work in partnership with colleagues, parents and/or carers or other professionals to meet the individual needs of the children.
But more importantly as a Nursery Nurse Assistant you will have lovely warm smile that makes our children feel welcomed and special in every sense of the way!

Crewe Nature Kindergarten is a well-established and trusted nursery in the beautiful village of Weston, where we have free on site parking at the Nursery. We love to get outside and play with our amazing children at Crewe Nature Kindergarten, where we have an established Forest School which provides opportunities for outdoor learning across all areas of the curriculum. As an Early Years Support Worker at Crewe Nature Kindergarten, you will love the outdoors and spending time with our wonderful children rummaging through leaves, and finding the hidden gems that nature holds!
