Early Years Deputy Manager

An exciting and rare opportunity to help create new a previously long established and much loved setting. The Deputy Manager will be able to use their knowledge and experience to help shape and mould the setting from its outset.

In addition to the unique opportunity presented in a brand new setting, the Deputy Manager's role will also include but not limited to the following day to day duties and responsibilities;
To work alongside the Manager to help with planning the curriculum by providing safe, creative and appropriate educational opportunities for all children within an inclusive environment, preparing activities, organising programmes and arranging equipment as part of our productive team.
To inspire and lead our small team of staff to deliver high quality inclusive early years education and care in line with our policies and procedures and best practice.
To contribute and adhere to policies and procedures and ensure the children's safety at all times. Ensuring to implement the policies, together with the legal and statutory requirements.
