Full Job Description

Safeguarding all children within the nursery to ensure their well-being and safety. - Maintaining high standards in our learning environment to support continuous development. - Acting as a key person for children and families, fostering effective communication and involvement in children's learning and well-being. - Planning and implementing engaging activities that support children's skill development and progression. - Monitoring and documenting children's progress, preparing reports for parents/carers.

A full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years. - Experience working with children in an early years setting. - Proficiency in English to communicate clearly with children, families, and team - Ability to manage responsibilities efficiently and drive positive outcomes.,

  • A-Level or equivalent (preferred), Early childhood education: 1 year (required)
