We're looking for a dynamic and dedicated childcare practitioner to support our team in creating fun, engaging, and high-quality learning experiences. Your Role: As part of our childcare team, you'll support the day-to-day operations of the room, plan activities for a group of key children, and provide enriching learning experiences that foster growth and development. The successful candidate will be skilled, creative, and able to both take initiative and follow guidance as needed. A solid understanding of the EYFS is key to planning for the children's learning and progress. Do You Have What It Takes? If you can answer "yes" to the following, you might just be the perfect fit:

  • Can you sing enthusiastically, even if you're slightly off-key, surrounded by children?
  • Are you ready to step into the role of a pirate one day and a doctor the next?
  • Are you eager to dive into hands-on, messy activities that engage and excite children?
  • Can you recite The Hungry Caterpillar by heart?
  • Are you passionate about children's learning and development?
  • Do you enjoy collaborating with a team and bringing fresh ideas to life?

    Holds a Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
  • Has at least two years of post-qualification experience
  • Has extensive knowledge of the EYFS framework
  • Possesses excellent IT skills
  • Works well in a team-oriented environment
