This Early Years Practitioner role is permanent, full-time, and starts immediately. We are looking for a passionate and energetic individual who will innovate and elevate standards in childcare and education.
To succeed in this Early Years Practitioner position, you will:
+ Possess a minimum Level 3 qualification in Education, Childcare, Early Years, or Teaching and Learning.
+ Have previous experience working in a nursery setting or be enrolled in a childcare-related course.
+ Demonstrate a solid understanding of the EYFS Curriculum.
+ Maintain enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
+ Show a genuine passion for working with children.
+ Ensure a safe and healthy environment following safeguarding procedures.
+ Implement innovative and resourceful teaching methods., + A minimum Level 3 qualification in Education, Childcare, Early Years, or Teaching and Learning.
+ Previous experience in a nursery setting or be enrolled in a childcare-related course.
+ A positive approach to child development, behavior management, and a strong passion for their area of expertise as reflected in their teaching.
