Are you passionate about early years childcare and looking for a rewarding opportunity to grow your career? We are seeking a qualified Early Years Practitioner to join our vibrant nursery team, offering a nurturing, stimulating, and safe environment for young children. As part of a supportive and dynamic school community in West Berkshire, you ll be instrumental in delivering a high-quality Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum. Our nursery has been recognized as Outstanding in all aspects of our Ofsted inspection (April 2024), and we are excited to invite a motivated practitioner to join us.,

  • Provide high-quality care and education for young children, from babies to pre-school age.
  • Encourage individual development in a nurturing and family-orientated environment.
  • Deliver a diverse and stimulating curriculum both indoors and outdoors, with access to the wider school facilities.
  • Support the emotional, social, and educational development of each child, ensuring they feel valued and respected.
  • Work collaboratively with a dedicated team of professionals.

    You should have a Level 3 Early Years Childcare qualification and a passion for providing exceptional care to young children. You ll be dedicated to supporting each child s individual development while contributing to a friendly, collaborative team atmosphere.
