We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Early Years Practitioner to join our vibrant and dynamic team. + Plan and implement engaging activities that promote the physical, social, and emotional development of each child.
+ Work collaboratively with parents, carers, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for children.
+ Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that meets the individual needs of all children.
+ Observe and assess children s progress, ensuring that all records are accurate and up-to-date.
+ Foster a positive, supportive, and nurturing atmosphere that encourages children s curiosity and love for learning.

+ Proven experience working with young children in a nursery or early years setting.
+ Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

+ A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development.
+ Current DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
+ Immediate start in a well-regarded early years setting in LE11.
