Brighton Girls is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Early Years Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team of teachers and support staff. You will play a complementary and supporting role to the teacher by encouraging pupils in their learning and acquisition of skills. You'll be working directly with young people in the classroom every day, supporting both neurodiverse and neurotypical pupils in and between lessons, helping them in all areas of their learning, whether that be academic, practical, behavioural or social. This role will be primarily working with our pre-prep students. The successful candidate will hold a recognised Level 3 TA qualification i.e., NVQ, NNEB, City & Guilds, BTEC or equivalent relevant experience. If you have relevant experience gained within an educational setting and can demonstrate evidence of establishing positive relationships with children, we would love to hear from you.
