The school is searching for an engaging and committed Early Years teaching Assistant.
About the Nursery:
+ Caters to children aged 2-4, with separate playrooms for ages 2-3 and 3-4

As an Early Years Teaching Assistant you will need to:
+ Be a caring Key Person, offering personalised attention and support to each child in your care
+ Observe and celebrate each child s unique growth, thoughtfully planning activities that meet their individual needs
+ Lead fun and engaging activities both indoors and outdoors, from circle time and storytelling to sports and cooking
+ Design activities that spark joy and curiosity, tailored to each child s developmental stage and interests
+ Lend a helping hand wherever needed, supporting your team and wider school team with flexibility and a positive attitude
+ Contribute to a warm, collaborative environment that adapts to meet the needs of the school community
+ Uphold all school policies, with a focus on health, safety, and child protection to ensure a secure environment for all
Requirements of suitable Class Teacher applicants

+ Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years education
+ Proven experience working with young children in an early years setting
+ Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
+ Knowledge and training in safeguarding and child protection (or willingness to complete necessary training)
+ Hold an Enhanced DBS certificate or be willing to apply for one
