Early Years Team Leader

As a Joint Early Years Team Leader, you will have the opportunity to join a long-standing, dynamic, and experienced team. Your responsibilities, alongside the existing Team Leader, will include:
+ Day-to-day responsibility of the class
+ Planning rich, creative, engaging, and stimulating activities that meet the developmental stages of the children and encourage them to reach their full potential
+ Preparing and evaluating activities using the EYFS curriculum
+ Supervising and leading activities, planning for key children from observations, next steps, magic moments, and parental input
+ Completing observations and online learning journals to a high standard
+ Conducting Two Year Progress Checks and meeting with parents to discuss them as needed
+ Identifying children who may need extra support or an extension of their learning
