Full Job Description

As part of the role, you will be responsible for organising students work placements, completing observations and assessing that students have achieved the relevant competencies. Employer engagement will be vital, in setting up placements and working with the team to ensure our stakeholders help to inform our curriculum. On top of this you will work with the Care team to ensure students receive an excellent experience whilst at Weymouth College.

There is some flexibility in the working days, but the successful candidate will need to work either a Monday or a Tuesday and a Thursday or a Friday.

This is an exciting time to be joining our Early Years team at Weymouth College as we continue to develop our T level provision and work placement is an integral part of this. If you are an effective communicator and administrator with a recognised Early Years qualification, who can work collaboratively using your own initiative, this could be the new challenge for you.
