Full Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Occupational Therapist to join our Eating Disorders Service as a Team Leader and Lead OT. This is a full-time position, based in the London's Kensington & Chelsea.
This is an integrated Eating Disorders Day Programme providing an enhanced level of care in the community following either specialist inpatient treatment or a step-up care from the community.
The post holder will hold day-to-day operational management responsibility of the intensive pathway service and supporting the multidisciplinary team to provide the care and treatment. You will provide clinical professional input into the individuals on the day programme.
The post holder will also be working to lead the eating disorder team of Occupational Therapist working embedded across different teams and pathways across our service.
The successful applicant may have contact with patients or service users. As an NHS Trust we strongly encourage and support vaccination as this remains the best way to protect yourself, your family, your colleagues and of course patients and service users when working on our healthcare settings., The post holder will ensure that service access and delivery is efficient, effective, evidence based, service user and carer focused. You will ensure the service is well led, with motivated staff, safe and with good outcomes for adults and their carers
