Full Job Description
We are recruiting for a part time eating disorders dietician. This is an exciting opportunity to be a Specialist Service within HPFT, which aims to provide those with an eating disorder treatment and support in the community. This is a real opportunity to contribute to improving crisis support for those with an eating disorder. In this role you will be responsible assessing , collaboratively formulating meal plans with the service user/carers and setting weekly nutritional goals. You will provide nutritional psycho-education and guidance to the rest of the team.,
- Assessment and collaborative formulation of a meal plans for people under Community Eating Disorder Service.
- Collaborative weekly goal setting with service users.
- Guidance to team members on supporting weekly nutritional goals.
- Nutritional psycho-education to team members.
- Contribution to delivery of the Service Specification.
- Contribution to service evaluation.
- Liaison with dietitians/health or social care colleagues around service users nutrition.
You should be an experience Dietitian and ideally have knowledge of working with those with an eating disorder. You will require skills in motivating people where improvement in nutrition is challenging.
