To help enable us to strengthen and further develop the technical capability within our manufacturing suites, we are seeking Maintenance Engineers to join our growing site. How you will make an impact: In this role you will participate in a wide range of EC&I engineering activities throughout our production footprint. You will engage with colleagues at multiple levels and from several subject areas, to work together to ensure we deliver an exciting and robust production facility to our clients. You will take part and take accountability for maintenance activities (planned and unplanned), utilising operational excellence and continuous improvement activities. With the aim of improving equipment reliability and ensuring minimal equipment downtime. What you'll do:

  • Be able to deploy EC&I solutions ensuring compliance with industry standards such a BS EN 60079.
  • You will act as the appointed electrical engineer for the site.
  • Collaborate with the onsite Hands on Maintenance Engineers to understand constraints and to support site compliance.
  • Address technical challenges tied to instrumentation and control systems.
  • Act a change manager Subject matter expert for our Management of change process
  • Stay at the font forefront of industry trends and emerging technologies, applying them judiciously to amplify project efficiency.

    We are searching for a Lead EC&I Engineer with excellent understanding of electrical control and automated systems.
  • 5 years or more of experience in E&C systems, specifically with background in ATEX equipment and intrinsically safe circuits.
  • A standard of technical skills of HND level or higher and the ability to demonstrate your expertise of working within a manufacturing environment.
  • As a proactive and logical person, you can use problem solving, utilising the companies' lean philosophies.
  • Can work to critical timelines and effective interpersonal skills are key to high level performance in this position.
  • As we work within a COMAH environment, alignment to these standards is critical.
