Full Job Description

Maintaining excellent external and internal client satisfaction through managing projects to time and budget.

The ability to conduct client meetings to discuss progress and address concerns, maintaining robust relationships.

Attend and conduct regular team briefings to keep staff informed of program priorities and updates.

Ensure the financial viability of projects, considering all relevant factors to maximize financial returns.

Ensure all sites comply with H&S requirements and maintain comprehensive safety files.

Maximise the profitability of contracts within area of responsibility and deliver the required results

Analyse performance trends and opportunities and determine how best the insight from this work can be turned into real performance improvements in the business. Once agreed, support and drive the implementation of this with operational teams.

Day to day management of the Department Managers across multi disciplines including management of monitoring variations and investigating inconsistencies. Notifying relevant parties of any concerns or disputes with clear plans in place to resolve.

Lead, develop, manage and motivate a high performing team to the agreed standards ensuring that the client receives services of the highest quality.

Previous experience in an Operational Manager role within ECO is essential., Strong commercial acumen
Ability to interpret and utilise financial and commercial information.
Excellent people skills &communication skills.
Achieve set standards and operate to performance criteria; for example, health and safety.
Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative within a team environment.
Excellent attention to detail.
Experience of working with multiple systems and platforms, for example, SharePoint and full Microsoft suite.
Able to take a flexible approach to workload and prioritisation.
