Ecommerce Digital Administration Intern

The Ecommerce Digital Administration Intern will assist in a variety of areas within the E-commerce production process. The internship will involve working with creative teams on a wide range of daily duties and seasonal projects, offering a unique learning opportunity and insight for personal development.

This position is available for someone who is truly passionate about fashion and E-commerce and willing to learn as part of a creative team.,

• Support day-to-day E-commerce administration, digital organisation, and project workflows.


• Maintain efficient organisation of digital records, image asset libraries and server archives.


• Update and develop studio collection paperwork, checklists, and records for the studio.


• Assist with accurate digital upload and naming of new collection imagery.


• Work with creative teams to ensure the successful delivery of digital project assets.


• Contribute with key activities across photography, retouch, and copy production teams.


• Additional daily tasks set by my supervisors and management teams.
