Full Job Description

Looking for an energetic, tenacious and sales centric Ecommerce Assistant to manage and grow our Amazon marketplace accounts.

Someone to grow and maintain our Amazon / ebay accounts through sales strategies, listings creation and management, resolving cases, assisting with customer and account issues.

You will be working with customers to sell electronics for their consumer needs and will have a desire in communicating effectively and confidently with a range of people.

You will be dealing with customers via emails and telephone for our multiple online storefronts.

Duties Include: -Use of Amazon Sellers Account (Amazon FBA knowledge would be very beneficial / desirable) -Discussing and meeting customer needs

-Customer Service Act as primary point of contact for online and mail order customers, answering phone and email enquiries, resolving complaints and processing orders in an efficient and timely manner -Product Knowledge Develop in-depth knowledge of the the business products to inform your customers prior to purchase and to assist with troubleshooting after sales issues -Operational Support Assist and work as a team with the other Assistants managing storefronts, offering guidance and support as well as delegating tasks and overseeing performance on behalf of the Ecommerce Retail Manager

-Online Shop Create, edit and upload product photography and descriptions to the ecommerce platform and remove discontinued/out-of-stock items in a timely manner

-Stock Control Assist with rolling stock checks and daily stocktake, unpack and process daily deliveries, process returns and write-offs in liaison with Ecommerce Retail Manager, assist with exit strategy for slow moving and discontinued stock, keep storage areas organised and easy to navigate

-Cash / Funds Handling Ensure an accurate and thorough approach to all payment processing and refunds;

-Security and Maintenance Minimise potential stock loss by maintaining a high level of awareness and alertness; report all safety hazards and risk factors to Ecommerce Retail Manager or Operations Manager -Visual Merchandising Ensuring digital products and items are attractive and enticing for purchase on our online platforms.

Fulfil any other role duties as directed by the Ecommerce Retail Manager or other management.

-Import of orders from each marketplace platform into excel Transportation Sheet (Daily)

-Updating of tracking numbers from transportation sheet due date (Daily)

-Check for Metric Avoidance for each platform (Daily)

-Negative feedback mitigation and removal

-Removal of late delivery metric with Amazon Support -Responding to open returns on each platform

-Routine review of listings (Daily) -Mailbox Management of emails

Experience: Experience using or selling on Ebay or Amazon is desirable as well as experience in a b2c sales capacity although training will be provided in your new role. This role would be very ideal for an individual looking to jump start or expand on their experience in a B2C Sales capacity. It would also be suitable for a candidate interested in a part time admin like role with interest in managing an online company's storefront and listings.,
