Full Job Description

Are you passionate about customer service and looking to make a real impact? Join our team as an Ecommerce Support Agent, where you'll play a crucial role in supporting customers and promoting our wide range of products. In this role, you'll work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience., + Provide professional customer service and support via phone and email.
+ Resolve order-related queries, handle refunds, and follow up on deliveries.
+ Liaise with dealers to ensure prompt order fulfillment and re-scheduling as needed.
+ Manage administration tasks related to customer orders.
+ Continuously suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.

+ Exceptional communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
+ Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
+ Proficient in IT systems, with fast and accurate keyboard skills.
+ Background in customer service, credit control, or sales ledger.
