Full Job Description

· Provide clear structures for lessons maintaining pace, motivation and challenge for all pupils

· Establish and maintain a safe environment and purposeful working atmosphere which supports learning and in which pupils feel secure and confident, We are seeking an ECT Maths Teacher to join our school, support and guidance will be provided as a part of the position. During your two-year induction, you will be provided with a mentor who will be on-site. Assisting you to develop your skills and practice, supporting you with meeting the teachers' standards within our own in-house training platform.

· A committed and passionate view of students with SEND

· At least two years' experience minimum of working in a SEND environment or similar unit/provision

· QTS/QTLS is advantageous

Snow Hill School is a small specialist provision which provides education for students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs who require a smaller, more specialised intervention than can be provided in a mainstream school.
