Full Job Description

The Trust recognises that its workforce is diverse and values all individuals for their contribution to the Trust through their experience, knowledge and skills., We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated EDI Peer Trainer to support the EDI team based in Peterborough. If you are looking for a new challenge, want to make a difference and have passion for supporting the equality agenda then we want to hear from you., The EDI Peer Trainer role in the EDI Team will primarily focus on co-production and co-delivery of EDI based courses which are specifically targeted towards CPFT staff, however delivery may also be widened to include students within the wider RCE Wellbeing Hub EDI sessions.

The successful candidate will need a can-do flexible approach to work, be a team player, able to work under pressure, have excellent communication skills, be organised and able to prioritise.
