Editorial and Production Director, Kyndryl Consult

The Editorial and Production Director at Kyndryl Consult will support and drive marketing efforts to elevate Kyndryl Consult in the market, with a specific focus on The Kyndryl Institute. This role involves collaborating with the Head of The Kyndryl Institute and VP Insights and Innovation to oversee the creation and activation of the Institute across agreed themes, working with Consult, Marketing, and Corporate Affairs on editorial and activation.

• Director will ensure clear alignment and effective collaboration between Institute themes and Kyndryl Consult's priority industries, customer value propositions (CVPs), and messages to create a cohesive narrative.
• Director will develop an activation plan for each major theme, including editorial content and events, managing and integrating key partnerships to maximize reach and engagement with the target audience.
• They will work with key stakeholders across Consult, Marketing, and Corporate Affairs to create a unified approach to content and editorial efforts that benefit everyone.
• Director will utilize editorial and content capabilities within marketing (perspectives, content, thought leadership) and corporate affairs (eminence for leaders, CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility), ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance).
• Director will assist the Kyndryl Consult Marketing Lead in building a dedicated team to drive greater awareness and engagement with Kyndryl Consult among the target audience, aligned with the overall strategy
The role also includes project management responsibilities in establishing The Kyndryl Institute, managing relevant agencies for content, editorial, messaging, and production. The Director will serve as an ambassador for The Kyndryl Institute across the organization, moderate and present at relevant in-person or online speaker events as required, and support named Consult subject matter experts (SMEs) to complement Institute messaging and further reach. • Demonstrable experience setting up and running an institute model strongly preferred
• Must have experience supporting consulting / professional services
