Full Job Description
- Creating proposals for new accounts and working with Bid Writers to bring in new business
- Building and maintaining relationships with all stakeholders associated with their accounts
- Managing all enquiries for specific accounts, including tutors, schools, and parents
- Attending and leading meetings with account contacts
- Ensuring termly KPI's are met and exceeded where possible
- Managing costings and funding for each account
- Evaluating, analyzing, and monitoring progress of each account and tutor
- Recruiting and onboarding tutors and conducting assessments
- Providing support for tutors with all aspects of the role
- Processing tutor documentation for each contract

- 2+ years' experience of account/relationship management
