Full Job Description

  • Creating proposals for new accounts and working with Bid Writers to bring in new business
  • Building and maintaining relationships with all stakeholders associated with their accounts
  • Managing all enquiries for specific accounts, including tutors, schools, and parents
  • Attending and leading meetings with account contacts
  • Ensuring termly KPI's are met and exceeded where possible
  • Managing costings and funding for each account
  • Evaluating, analyzing, and monitoring progress of each account and tutor
  • Recruiting and onboarding tutors and conducting assessments
  • Providing support for tutors with all aspects of the role
  • Processing tutor documentation for each contract

  • 2+ years' experience of account/relationship management
