  • Managing the day to day admin of the E-learning websites sites including registration, new account uploads, mailbox management - aiming for a 24 hour response rate.
  • Managing the fulfilment process of the E-learning Rewards programmes with our external stakeholders.
  • Support the team with E-learning reports, providing ad hoc reports and monthly performance insights for the websites.
  • Support with new content uploads to LMS and creation of artwork such as banners, thumbnails, social posts.
  • Support the sales teams & customers with day-to-day queries
  • Place NCO's for Academy and other education initiatives.
  • Support with organization and setup of training webinars/events/Academies. Manage bookings and communication to customers
  • Work closely with Education Managers to assist in the creation of advocacy projects to drive brand loyalty.
  • Work closely with Education Managers to provide engaging product and brand content for our social accounts., Once you click apply you will be asked some questions to check you are eligible for this role.
