Department The Education Policy Support (EPS) team develops academic policy, oversees quality of courses, and manages external regulation of our teaching, access and participation. The team also provides a secretariat service for major university committees and manages student casework. The EPS team provides a vital service to colleagues and students across Oxford by managing individual student cases and offering expert advice to staff. The Role The post-holder will carry out core functions of the Section. They will handle sensitive and complex student dispensation and appeal cases on behalf of Education Committee, and will provide advice and guidance to administrative and academic staff across the collegiate University on matters of education policy and procedure related to student casework.
