We are proud to announce the opening of our new school, Grove Road School, in Sutton in September 2024. This new specialist school will cater for students aged 11-19 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), supporting up to 45 pupils. • Proven experience as a Head Teacher or in a senior leadership role in a SEND environment.
• Strong understanding of the School Improvement process, curriculum models, and Independent School Standards.
• Ability to motivate, support, and inspire staff and pupils using a person-centred approach.
• A 'can do' attitude, with the drive to lead the school towards an outstanding Ofsted rating.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
